The Story of This Piece
In this piece, I wanted to capture the essence of the journey we all take through life—the paths that wind,
intersect, and bring us home. The guardians depicted and the paths they travel reflect the support, strength,
and love found within our community. It is a reminder that we do not walk alone; we are always held by those
who journey beside us. At the center, the circles represent Karinya Ngukuthati a happy, peaceful place to
come together. My hope is that this piece serves as a reminder of the connections that bring peace to your
own life and the places you hold dear.
